One afternoon alone — this is how to make it perfect

“Me time” is not a luxury, everybody deserves it — even you! We now offer you some super pampering activities to make the hours dedicated to you unforgettable.

You work from the morning till late afternoon, then you run to pick up your children from school or help a girlfriend, you make something quick for dinner, clean the kitchen, and then you realize that you should be in bed already — because all of this will start all over again the next day. Does this routine sound familiar to you? Certainly, you need to get out of this for a few hours for your physical and mental health’s sake. You need to have me time, you need to rest and refresh.

Can you escape for a few hours from your work, family and other errands? If it doesn’t go any other way, take a half day off from work, turn your phone off and start your day of refreshment. Believe us, at the end of the day you will feel that it was worthwhile, and your loved ones will get you back refreshed mentally and physically.

If you only have two or three hours — head for a city spa!

Have you ever tried a city spa? Either way, you will enjoy this form of indulgence. You think, it’s just for the wealthy? Not any more. Many people don’t know that the wellness facilities in the hotels are usually open to paying guests who are not staying at the hotel, and prices are becoming more and more accessible for those who have less money to spend.

Have you ever wanted to try out what a luxury hotel wellness experience is like? Here is your chance! Of course, it’s best if you have two or three hours to spend there, so you would have enough time to try out extra services in addition to the swimming pools and saunas. But if you have only one and a half or two hours, we think you can still get a taste of the quality services (e.g. you can pay for a good massage), or you can recharge yourself by just relaxing and enjoying the wonderful setting on a deck chair.

If you also have the early evening to yourself, go to a sport class or a beauty salon!

Find a movement studio or a yoga studio, and attend a Pilates or a yoga class. There you can relax spiritually and emotionally, and your body will also enjoy the healing effects of the stretching exercises. If you are sitting at work all day, we recommend you spine yoga — it will surely ease your back pain!

Instead of doing some sports, or even afterwards — if you still have some time —, you can also go for a beauty treatment. Book an appointment at a hairdressing salon, or get your nails done by a professional. When was the last time you enjoyed this form of renewal? ;)

If you want something more relaxing, there isn’t a better way to end your day than a pampering facial massage or a pleasant aromatherapy massage.
